The valley was named after the several waterfalls flowing one after the other from the center of the island toward the west coast of the island. These different waterfalls that cascade down the valley are as beautiful as the others but each one with its own characteristic.
Lovers of nature and beautiful things will be delighted to make this hike to explore the picturesque views, endemic plants, our fish and birds.
This course is off the beaten tourist trail of the island, so that by participating in it, you do something that very few tourists had the opportunity to do during their holiday in Mauritius.
Valley of seven waterfalls trail in mauritius is a very sporty course with steep slopes, ideal for those who love sports but not recommended for those who feared the effort. The participant must be in very good physical condition.
The ride lasts more than 2 hours. The support of a local authorized guide is very important because the path through the forest , is not marked and there is risk of being lost. A picnic basket is also expected since there is no trade.
On the program: - hiking , exploring the local flora and fauna , swimming in a lake, picnic in a completely wild and we ended the day on a high note with a gentle under a waterfall 33 meters high!
We provide, against payment, a guide due registered with the Ministry of Tourism. On booking, rendezvous place and time will be communicated to you. You can come by taxi, your rented car or let us organize your transport. Cost will very according to distance of your hotel to our starting point.
